InterGrowth registration launches on Tuesday, December 15, 2020

Because the approval process varies by ACG Chapter, please allow enough time for your membership to be processed before attempting to register.
InterGrowth 2021 is only open to current ACG members. The program and networking opportunities are designed to benefit all middle-market professionals, including, but not limited to, private equity executives, investment bankers, lenders, corporate strategic acquirers, business owners and service providers. The registration fee includes access to the ACG Arena, conference meals, sessions, and all other official InterGrowth events. Only conference registrants are allowed inside the official InterGrowth areas. (recreation and hotel costs are not included)
There are several options for hosting a table during InterGrowth: Sponsorship, Reserved Remote Office Tables, ACG DealSource® and ACG Capital Connection®.
Sponsorship – Select sponsors will receive designated table space in the ACG Arena. Additional sponsorship benefits vary by level. There are no eligibility requirements to sponsor InterGrowth.
Reserved Remote Offices – Consider this your dedicated table for the entire conference, providing you with a simple solution to hold meetings throughout the event. There is a limited supply of tables, so be sure to secure yours early.
ACG Capital Connection® – During assigned ACG Capital Connection® hours, private equity firms each host an exhibit style table open to all InterGrowth attendees. A firm must meet specific criteria to host a table. Please see the ACG Capital Connection® page for details.
ACG DealSource® – During ACG DealSource®, open during ACG Arena hours and located within the ACG Arena, investment bankers host private prescheduled meetings with private equity firms participating in ACG Capital Connection. A firm must meet specific criteria before participating to host a table. Please see the ACG DealSource® page for details.
If you register using the online registration system, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after your registration has been submitted. If you choose to mail your registration form, you will receive your confirmation email after your registration and payment have been received and processed by our registration staff. Please contact Showcare at firstname.lastname@example.org if a confirmation email does not arrive within 24 hours.
ACG will accept name changes at no charge up until Friday, April 16, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. CST. To change the name on your registration, please send an email to email@example.com with the name of the individual who will be taking your place. Please also include the new attendee’s contact information for follow-up information.
After Friday, April 16, 2021, no online name change requests will be processed. If you need to substitute after that date, your colleague must bring a written substitution request (on company letterhead) to the InterGrowth registration center. A $350 name change fee will be required for all on-site substitutions. Please note: registration substitution (i.e., name change) does not automatically change the corresponding hotel reservation. The cost for an on-site badge reprint is $2,199.
A companion may register to attend the conference for $295. This registration will include admission to keynote sessions and evening receptions. Please note: Companions will not be permitted in the ACG Arena, nor will they participate in recreational activities. Colleagues are not allowed to register at the companion rate. All companion registrations require ACG approval. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
All requests for media credentials must be approved by Karen Craven, email@example.com or (312) 957-4268.
ACG must receive all cancelations in writing via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancelations received on or before 5:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, will be refunded in full. No refunds will be granted after that time, and no application of registration fees will be applied to future events hosted by ACG chapters or ACG Global. Please note the cancellation deadline for ACG Capital Connection® and ACG DealSource® tables are also Tuesday, March 23, 2021, to receive a full refund. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
ACG will not provide childcare, but you are encouraged to check with the Fontainebleau Miami Beach to see if they can assist you.
Complimentary transportation will be provided to any official ACG events that take place off the property.

The Fontainebleau Miami Beach will not accept reservation requests in the InterGrowth room block by phone or online.
To avoid housing scams, InterGrowth attendees should secure their hotel reservations during the InterGrowth registration process ONLY. Please do not book your reservation through any third-party vendor.
The discounted rate for a standard room during the event starts at $299 per night (not including tax and resort fees).
InterGrowth attendees must secure accommodation in the ACG room block at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach for the conference during event registration. The Fontainebleau Miami Beach will not accept direct hotel reservation requests for the InterGrowth room block by phone or online. Reservations within the InterGrowth room block are managed by Showcare, ACG’s official housing provider. Once reservations are confirmed, the only way to modify or cancel reservations is through the registration/housing portal.

All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card with an expiration date beyond the checkout date.
Attendees receive a reservation “acknowledgment” email from Showcare within 24 hours from receipt of the housing request. A final hotel reservation confirmation will be emailed to you approximately 14 days before the conference directly from the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
Rooms within the InterGrowth room block at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy. Booking with outside travel sites and/or through the hotel may result in different terms and conditions.
Visit your attendee portal to make changes to your hotel reservation. Portal details can be found in your confirmation email. You can also email email@example.com with questions.
An InterGrowth registration name change IS NOT automatically transferred to a correlated hotel reservation. If before March 23, 2021, Showcare will assist with the housing change when making the registration change. After April 2, 2021, you will need to contact the hotel directly to change the reservation. No changes can be made March 23 – April 1, 2021, while the hotel is processing reservations. ACG is not responsible for any hotel no-show penalties.
